A Rose From Concrete mission is to help the community with basic essential needs, products and resources to support and improve the health and self esteem of the women and children in underserved communities within the Philadelphia area.

A Rose From Concrete vision is that someday everyone living in the city of Philadelphia will have access to all essential products and resources to feel hygienic, confident and healthy.
